Noha Abdelaziz| Director Of Business Development & Account Management -TGI Connect

Noha Abdelaziz

Director of Business Development & Account Management

Brings a strong and empathic customer focus to the TGI Connect team, maintaining the notion that what truly sets a company apart from its competitors is exceptional customer service. Having earned a master’s degree in Seismic Engineering from MacMaster University, Noha spent 11 years as one of the team members responsible for the lifetime extension of existing nuclear reactors both inside and outside Canada. While she enjoyed the technical aspect of this field partly on account of her natural proficiency with numbers, she found herself missing the human interaction that takes place on the business side; in particular providing value to other companies through optimizing customer operations in a measurable way. Thrilled to discover her niche in the transportation industry after connecting with her CEO, Bill Wright, Noha joined TGI and hasn’t looked back. In addition to her talent in identifying new business opportunities and expanding company presence, she takes pride in her ability to understand the unique needs of customers through abstract problem solving achieved only through walking in their shoes. Noha proves time and again that this genuine, holistic approach, combined with her natural analytical skills, equate to unparalleled results.

Noha brings an entrepreneurial feel to the different departments of TGI and, through wearing many hats as well as proudly identifying as the ‘life of the party’, is well known throughout the industry for her warmth, charisma, and passion. In her devotion to maintaining a sense of balance in her home-life as well as with what she affectionately calls her ‘TGI family’, Noha loves coming to work every day and deeply values the relationships she continues to cultivate through meaningful, value-driven interactions.
